The success of ICND 2024 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official housing bureau, International Conference Services Ltd. (ICS).
Special rates and added complimentary amenities will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing bureau.
ICND and DC will not reach out to solicit rooms. If you are contacted by a third party company regarding hotel reservations, please ignore the request to prevent fraudulent scams.
Contracted room obligations cannot be met if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotel or book hotels through channels other than the official Housing Secretariat. Rooms that are not filled through the official channels create an expense for the Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Congress and the Association at risk.
Please do not contact the Hotel or make a reservation directly with the Hotel.
Remember to register for the Congress before you can book your accommodation. The accommodation will only be available through the online registration form or link provided on your Registration Confirmation.
Please note that rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and based on single or double occupancy excluding taxes + fees unless otherwise indicated.
ATTENTION: It has been brought to our attention there are emails circulating that are supposedly coming from ICND 2024 offering assistance with Visa Applications. Please note this is not an email from ICND. Do not reply or engage with these emails. If you receive an email and are unsure, please verify by sending an email to icnd2024@ics-events.com.

Chelsea Hotel
This hotel features on-site dining, a fitness center and 2 indoor pools. It is within 984 feet of the College Subway Station and 10 minutes walk from the Art Gallery of Ontario. The Toronto Eaton Center is 1969 feet away and Toronto’s entertainment district is 15 minutes’ walk away.

A credit card is mandatory for every reservation and must have an expiry date on or after May 2024. The Hotel may charge the non-refundable, full stay to the credit card after the cut-off date. If the credit card is invalid, the reservation may be cancelled.
Cancellations and reductions in room nights must be made no later than May 10, 2024, in order to avoid a penalty charge, equal to the full stay. Cancellations and reductions in room nights after May 10, 2024, will result in all room nights being charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
