Registration for ICND 2024 is Now Open!
Join us in Toronto, Canada for the 19th International Congress of Nutrition and Dietetics (ICND) 2024. Register by 5 February 2024, for early registration savings.

Registration fees are exclusive of 13% HST. Taxes will be added at the time of payment during your registration.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in ICND2024 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
By allowing an exhibitor/sponsor to scan my badge, you will be consenting to your contact information being shared with that exhibitor/sponsor (name, job title, organization, city, country & email). Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor/sponsor, there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties. Please note: Badge scanning for access by the Congress Organizer may be required and your information will remain confidential.
Please note: Payment must be received by the end of each registration deadline in order to receive the rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the next registration rate if not received in full.
For Late/Onsite registration rates we can only accept American Express, Visa or Master Card onsite. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the conference. Cash or cheques will NOT be accepted onsite.
Registration cancellations received in writing at the ICND2024 Conference Secretariat’s address by 19 April 2024 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a CAD 100.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after 19 April 2024 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visitor Visa and authorization to enter Canada will be issued to you ONLY after your registration has been completed and full payment received by the Congress Planner. Further instructions on how to obtain your Invitation Letter will be provided during the registration process.
